Return & Exchange Policy

All our items are verified for authenticity by our team before shipping. Our return and exchange policy is strict: returns are only accepted if you receive a different item than ordered, which is extremely rare. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and related expenses to return the item to our office. Exchanges are generally not available, and returns are not accepted if the item has been used or for any other reason.
